Goals and Objectives

The primary aim of IQAC is

  • The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic Improvement in the overall performance of institutions.

  • To contribute towards enhancement and integration among the continuous activities in Educational Services, Co- curricular and Extra -curricular activities.

  • To promote measures for Institutional functioning towards Quality enhancement through Internalization of Quality culture and Institutionalization of best practices.

  • To conduct the IQAC meet at least once in every quarter (twice per Semester) to monitor the Institutional Quality. IQAC is the first step towards the Internalization and Institutionalization of Quality Enhancement.

IQAC shall evolve mechanisms and procedures for

  • Ensuring timely, Efficient And Progressive Performance of Academic, Administrative and financial tasks

  • Relevant and Quality Academic/ Research Programmes

  • Equitable access to and affordability of Academic Programmes for various sections of Society

  • Optimization and Integration of modern methods of Teaching and Learning

  • The Credibility of Assessment and Evaluation Process

  • Ensuring the Adequacy, Maintenance and Proper Allocation of Support Structure and Services

Functions

  • To achieve the Excellence in Academic and Extension Activities.

  • To create parameters to reach Academic as well as Non-Academic learning goals.

  • To play a major role in Designing and Maintaining Quality Assurance within academic Systems.

  • To create ethical work culture in the Institution.

  • To enable the Skill Development in Students.

  • Documentation of the various Programmes/Activities leading to Quality Improvement

  • To monitor the Outcome of the Academic Performance.

  • To develop the Quality of Research and Interdisciplinary Activities.

  • IQAC ensures the Proper Implementation of Academic Calendar.

  • Extension and upgradation of Classrooms and Laboratories.

  • Automation of Library and its Facilities and also strengthening of Library.

  • Improvement in Students Supports Systems.

  • The IQAC monitors the well-being of the College in all respects.

  • To build stronger Academic- Industry Collaboration for the benefits of Faculties and Students

  • To develop realistic Attainable Academic Activities like Workshop, Seminar and Conference.

  • To facilitate the creation of Learner-Centric Environment for Teacher and Students.

  • To collect Feedback response from Students, Parents, Faculty and Other Stakeholders on Quality-Related Institutional Processes.
