ANTI-RAGGING COMMITTEE

OBJECTIVE

Anti-Ragging Committee is formed with the aim to:

                 Any behavior that results in teasing, treating, or handling another student rudely, engaging in disruptive activities that causes or is likely to cause annoyance, hardship, or psychological harm, or that causes or is likely to cause such fear or apprehension in a new or junior student, or asking the students to perform any act or do something that they would not normally do and that has the effect of raising fear or apprehension of such an effect, should be strictly monitored.

Make sure all of your actions, words, and speech are nonviolent.

Put in place strict rules and take action against anyone engaging in ragging by immediately removing them from the roll and taking additional measures as directed by the government.

During the orientation programme and assembly, inform first-year students about the Anti-Ragging Committee’s operation and the specifics of Punishment.

Functions & Responsibilities of Anti-Ragging Committee

  • To monitor and oversee the performance of the Anti-Ragging Squad in preventing of ragging in the institution.
